A POV approach allowed us to put the viewer in the shoes of someone on their first day of work and editing to a fast pace, essentially take the viewer on a whistle stop tour of their potential career at PageGroup. Cutting the video to a high-tempo composed track, we were able to keep the energy of the video very high to sustain interest and pack a lot of scenarios into the video.
By working with international partners and cleverly masking the demographic of the POV protagonist behind the camera, the video also has this global appeal that is so relevant for a multinational company that will be using the video across the globe.

We were invited to pitch concepts to PageGroup with the aim of recruiting talent from a variety of backgrounds. The client was keen to have a video that would show off some of the impressive statistics of the scale of PageGroup, give a potential employee an insight into the team-orientated focus of a career at the company, and the opportunities for career progression.
